This is so awesome! Training videos mean so much to a marketing agency. We have a large team of VAs, and I can't tell you how many times a year we are left with no choice other than to refund on "marketing software" because there are too few to absolutely no training videos.
We have much better things to do other than asking for a refund after buying a piece of software only to waste a bunch of time trying to figure out a UI developed by a programmer for programmers. Don't get me wrong; we love programmers, I can figure out most of these apps myself, but sometimes VAs need a bit more hand-holding. We don't mind things being a bit complicated. It makes sense that software that does many amazing things will come with a steep learning curve. That is totally fine, as long as there are videos (NOT articles) to walk us through that curve.
Good training videos help retain buyers more than many sellers even realize. For example, Just like many buyers of "marketing software," we have well over several hundred of them that get very little, if any, use at all, ever, and we are completely ok with that because buyers like us live on the hope of using all the software we buy someday somehow. Not to mention, buying marketing software is like a drug that I can never get enough of. (years of studying phycology, NLP, the ins and out of dopamine, and I only get worse. Sad!)
As hooked as I am on software that makes marketing more manageable, the one thing that almost assures a quick refund is no voiced-over training videos. The ones with only music drive us crazy...
